My furnished apartment will be available for some weeks in the future while I am gone. It is a third floor walk-up.
It has 1 bedroom with a comfortable double bed. There is a tiled bathroom with a hot shower and modern fixtures. It has a kitchen with an electric stove and refrigerator. The living room has a table, a couch and chairs. The floors are tiled throughout. There is a Tico washing machine and clotheslines.
Pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. are included. I can leave some bed linens and towels, or you can supply your own. There is no maid service included with the rent.
The building is safe and secure, conveniently located very near 2 major grocery stores and bakeries. It is 2 blocks from the Del Rey. The other 5 tenants in the building are quiet, gringo mongers.
I buy data service from Movistar for $2.50 per week, so that I can have the internet on my phone everywhere I go. Then I use my phone as a WIFI hotspot to operate my computer in the apartment.
The rent is US$95 per week, including electric and water.
