Greetings all
I am bringing down some guests for some medical procedures and they need to be in country for 12-14 days and I was looking for a condo or home rental in a safe area that is reasonable for two weeks or a bit longer. I know there were some advertised here a while back but as always the help of the crt brothers is greatly appreciated.

Hi God........

On your website, I couldn't find an amount for the rent for your condo. I assume the rent is adjusted for the seasons.

Can you tell us what the rent is :?: :?:

Rac It varies according to the time of the year and how long you staying. Lets say one week 6 nights 7 days High season. No special events happening. $850.00 141.00 a night. Now If You only use the guest bedroom. Queen size bed. Not use the master bedroom. Which i can lock. and make the condo just 1 bedroom and one bath with all the goodies. the cost would be. $650.00 or $108.00 a night. and of course. If any body becomes regular or repeat customer. discounts apply. And special occasions and things I try to work with anybody. PM me have any other questions. The prices are subject to change. If you have dates PM me i can give you a solid price.

I have stayed at a different condo on that property and while it is nice you definitely need transportation. The taxi costs get out of hand quickly as you are looking at $30-40 US from the red cabs one way from the gulch. I ended up renting a room at scores and staying there and abandoned the condo after a week. You are a decent amount of distance away from any food or supermarkets other than the Vindi that is on the property.

You are right in a way. But wrong in other ways. Cab ride to the gulch is $30.00. But if you use uber like i do sometimes when i come. Its $17.00 and you can work out a deal with the driver round trip $30.00. Or you can rent a car. For as a Supper markets yes there Vindi And restaurants on site. If you need that much food. make a trip to Wal-Mart which 10 minutes away. And you are welcome to food that is at the condo already. I try to make a trip every month. I always bring meat and other foods when I come. Depends on your taste. I would rather stay in a place of my own. have privacy. Have a Pool. Have a full kitchen to cook. and comforts of home. If you do rent a car. It is also good location. Because you can jump on 27 and be in Jaco in just one Hour. that is no traffic. So it would be to your own taste what you like. Different strokes for different folks.

Don't get me wrong I liked the area, and would not object to renting there again, but only if being wifed up. Having a rental car in my eyes is a must if staying there. Uber was not around 3 years ago when I rented the condo for a month, but I kicked the bitch to the curb the second night and ended up with a much better change of plans. If you are going to monger it is a little inconvenient but the view of the reforma is nice, ha ha, actually the view I had from the condo I rented was pretty nice. I have a house in Heredia I rent now so I have a place to stay when I get into town, but you cannot beat the quiet out there compared to downtown San Jose, it is even quieter than my place in Heredia.
