I would highly recommend newbies to stop by and have an expresso/coffee with Wiseash even if you don't smoke cigars. He is a nice guy and probably has as much good info and Intel as anybody on anything Costa Rica.

I don't smoke, but always take my wingmen there for a quality cigar. When solo, I pop in and say "hello" and ask a few pertinent questions that will help my trip (usually when my wingman takes the abalone gauge girl from the Onsite MP!!)

This is a fantastic place with high quality smokes. The proprietors are two awesome guys who can shoot the bull with the best of them. Plus you can bring in drinks from Zona II. Highly recommended.
