Although there is one new policy, you have to agree to when you sign in -- a TLN costs you $10 bucks.

I have not heard about the $10 TLN at Dunn Inn.
When was this introduced ?

Three years ago and the last time I stayed there. It was only $7 back then.

No, I believe it is some law where they have to charge for an extra guest that stays for more than 2 hours. That is how they explained it to me and other sources verified it. Some hotels may let it slide. Nothing against the Dunn Inn, I really like the place, but my main chicas both drive and ML opened up around then and had free parking and no extra fees. Dunn also has a parking fee and we had to walk back from their lot and swat away a few street peeps along the way at 4 am.

Do you really believe that other hotels would not charge a fee if it was a law? For one, they would want to stay in compliance. And two, it's revenue that they can explain as a mandatory fee.
