You know you are off-topic.
Save it all up and puff up your cubbies in a cubs thread please. I think there already is one but you'll have to dig deep. Lol

When you dream I guess your one of those dream BIG guys !!!

Now don't get me started on your Dodger playoff early exits   When exactly was your last WS win .. 28 years :?:  , Quite a drought in it's own.. Granted not over 100.. but that will come to an end soon.. Not predicting this year, but SOON !! and probably sooner than your boys in Blue..

We will take our boys in Blue anytime ;)

Good luck vs the Mets.. Hope Kershaw can figure it out in the playoffs... this time

Be very curious for you to point out to me when I ever made excuses for the Cubs.. I'm the eternal optimist..

You on the other hand should worry more about Clayton's playoff record..

Let's take a look shall we......

11 Games, 51 Innings pitched
8 Games started, 46 IP (average under 6)
ERA 5.12
Home runs allowed 8
Dodger W-L in games he started 8 (3-5)
Dodger W-L in relief appearances 0-3.. Kershaw personally responsible giving up homers in 2 of them

No matter how much you dog my Cubs I still wish you luck, I hate the Mets !!! (will never forgive 1969)

1 hit the gnats in the clincher and likely a cy young again
Yeah he has the albatross for sure and thats the main reason (by your own words) the rest of the league should be ready to get CK'd and Grienked this year
The wild card for us is donniedouchebag who for some reason wasn't pushed out for Maddon you lucky cub fan!
Btw my family is from Chicago originally ( I think you knew that) and I could never hate the cubbies but all is fair in love and baseball this time of year 8)

No excuses. Read back in this thread a little and my hate for this moron has been documented from the start of his tenure.

Remember this    I will have none either (as always)

Yes I am aware your disdane for Donnie Baseball... Hard to blame him for the lack of clutch pitching though :?

On another note...
Cy Young voting should be very interesting.. IMHO they can't get it wrong, both well deserving

I know Arrietta has to be in the mix but still think its between our 1&2 yeah I'm biased
As far as our douche manager goes ill give you two recent examples of his idiocy
2 weeks ago vs Pirates w CK on the mound. 2nd and 3rd 2 outs w McCutcheon at the plate and first base open and CK battles him to 3-2, McCutch or McClutch (one of the best 2 out rbi guys in the game as I'm sure you know) as he's known keeps fouling off pitches and finally singles to right and we lose 2-1
This week we go to the 11th inning vs Giants and they get runners at 2nd and 3rd w no outs. He pitches to the next guy and gets lucky w a ground out to third and now everyone who has ever watched baseball knows a walk to set up the dp at any base is coming next. Nope, not ddb. He pitches to the guy and he hits a sac fly.
I can go on and on but this shit can't be made up and would put any squad at a disadvantage
If we win it will be in spite of him
As it stands now we will probably lose home field to the Mets because of his indifference and the fact he openly stated he was focusing on the Mets 2 weeks ago after which the team went on to lose 8of10 or some shit like that
People point to 3 straight playoff berths but i point to a 200 million dollar payroll and a lot of young talent
How many managers have that?
