Everone should read todays http://www.amcostarica.com Page 1 about Cuba Dave probably still` in Jail. It is a whole page about the prostitution and "trafficking" in Costa Rica.

Will CD be able to bail out or have to stay in jail until the trial--I guess reading this article he could get 4-8 years and if they are wanting to set an example to the law I guess it is possible!!--Could be more problems ahead for others to--I am sticking with my local girlfriend and my beach trips.--Thanks

I'm betting he gets out of jail, but isn't allowed to leave the country.

You are right. This whole think stinks from something. This seems like it was written by some uninformed US guy and there are many things in it that need explaining but he managed to avoid to explain.

Hate to disagree with mi amigo PR. But....

If you had never been to CR you wouldn't know from those Del Rey ads what it really is. "Best Nightlife". What exactly does mean to someone not in the know ?? lol

I have personally witnessed families checking into the Del Rey and other gulch hotels. I have also seen some couples walk in to check in. Took a look around and left quickly.

On the other hand if you went to CD's web site or FB pages there wouldn't be much doubt left.

Does anyone know if Cuba Dave has been released or is he going to be held until trial on bullshit charges. I believe they can be up to 6 months in Hell without charges filed
