I realize this is probably a loose translation but I hope he is not really arrested for Sexual Tourism.....Hell we are all guilty of that.....from now on I am just going for Spanish Lessons hahaha

Right...the title of the article is not redacted correctly! The arrest was made for supposedly violating a law related to promoting CR for sexual tourism activities, NOT for actually visiting CR to participate in sexual tourism activities!

If the above were the case, the OIJ would need a bus to haul people off to jail every time a US flight arrives

I'm about low key as you can get. I don't post much and a lot of you know me by face only. He wanted notoriety well he got it. He's posted pictures of girls I know and had them in tears. Thursday morning while checking out of the same hotel he used I met CD for the first time . My assumption of CD is that he was a friendly person just having a good time . I know some people have many issues with CD after reading this thread but in all honesty haven't we all bragged just a little to our friends . I believe he is being made an example of and it's ironic how so many people think he should suffer in jail . Lets not forget crazy things can happen to any of us and the last thing any of us want is to be involved in the Costa Rica judicial system . All Americans don't think that way....and secondly, exactly what "harm" did he bring to CR? I'm not a CD wack-job, but I don't think he caused any harm to anyone. He's been doing this shit for years and nobody has been "harmed". He just chose to be in the spotlight and that's fine. I'm sure he wasn't aware that he was breaking any laws or he would have shut it down a long time ago. As far as a person, I only met the guy once and he was fine.
