No Limit Texas Hold'em
Most popular card game in the world

Sponsored by CRT & Sportsmens Lodge

Run by CRT sponsor Russ Martins

Sportsmens Lodge, Barrio Otoya
Sunday, September 6th @ 2:00 pm

The buy-in is $60 per player. For that buy-in, each player gets some pre-determined amount of poker chips (everybody starts with the same amount).

Each player can bet, call, or raise any amount (no limit) on every hand. You can get busted out on one hand if you go "all-in" and lose the hand to a player who has equal or more chips than you.

You play until you lose all your chips. At that point, you can either exit the tournament look for a chica to heal your wounds or you can re-buy (there is a one-time re-buy option). For $50, you get re-buy and get another equal amount in chips as you started with.

You keep playing until there is one player with all the chips.

Of each person's $60 buy-in, $50 goes into the prize pool and $10 goes to the dealers. The $50 rebuy goes all in the prize pool. So with 20 players (including rebuys), the prize pool is minimum $1000. Winner will usually get 40-50% of that. Not bad for a couple hours of fun. You don`t necessarily need to be a pro to win!

The payout structure pay`s top 4 places depending on how many entries there are. The rule of thumb is to pay 2 place`s for every 10 entries. Due to space limitations no more than 20 spaces are available this year.

Sorry the original post had the rules cut off at the end. The complete rules are now posted. Just one re-buy allowed for people who go out. Also re-buys increase the prize pool.

Can one register for this event in advance? If so, where, how and whom do I pay my entry fee to?

We are using the roll call to register the CRT members in advance. You pay on the day of the event. However, if there are no-shows then their seats will become available on the day of the event.

Should we count you in?

We've tried this before. Half the guys who post on the roll call don't show up due to hangover, found a chica, etc...

Yes, please count me in. I'll play and I will endeavor to take Vegas Bob out of the event. Is there a bounty on him? And by that, I do not mean is he being bound and gagged by some of his regular girls.
