Does anyone know how long the bank next to where you pay your exit fee in SJO is open till? Just got an email from United!! They decided to change their flight times. Instead of arriving at 11:46am they have me arriving at 6:32 pm!! If they are closed any suggestions are appreciated! I will be heading straight from the airport to the Cocal via Pura vida transport!

Have Steve stop at an ATM you get the same exchange rate. There are plenty of them in Alajuella or in Jaco .

I posted this almost a year ago. Here it is again. You may want to check the SJO website to look for any changes.

The branch at the airport is on the upper (departure) level of the terminal.

There is also a Bank of San Jose (BAC) ATM near the baggage belts down in the arrival level.
