Anytime is good! The high season is most popular from Dec 15 - May 15. In the summer months is CR green season (version of winter) that is cool & rainy. Going to some of the CRT events like labour day, halloween, march break, superbowl is a good expereince.

It is appropriate to say the only bad times are the days from Christmas until a few days after New Years and the week before Easter. You want to stay away from them for the most part.
