With the demise of Scores Ive had to change my vacation plans...booked at the end of July I had planed 36 hrs in SJ, off to Jaco-Tamarindo and then SJ for another 36 hrs. Once again, more change at the corner of 3a & 9. We arrive on Feb 4 and are now doing the Jaco- Tamarindo asap and trying to find rooms for a group of 4 on Feb-13-15. JIm is booked for that weekend...was looking at Mona Lisa until I started reading this forum. Im open to condo's and well priced Hotels close to the action

I think that the chatter on here about the safes at Mona Lisa is manageable.

I'm not saying that bad things never happened............... But with awareness, any risk there can be reduced to an acceptable level.

They DO have A LOT of rooms.

Update...just booked 2 rooms 2 nights at Dunn Inn...$68 usd per in deluxe rooms.
