I will be there in early December but will be staying in a cabin with only one bedroom. Why not search www.tripadvisor for a place that meets your specs?

For the heck of it, I tried to find apartment-type of accommodations on TripAdvisor and booking.com. I did not have luck in finding any either. Even the spacious suites and cabins had only 1 bedroom (albeit big with either a twin or bunk beds.) I stayed in cabins at Hotel Villas Vilma. The cabins have separate kitchens and baths, but only 1 big bedroom with 4 twin beds. Stayed at Baldi Springs last year... the accommodations were great, but no units with multiple bedrooms.

The Springs has exactly what you need but they are expensive...but worth it. Family and I stayed there a few days and it is an impressive property.

The most helpful website I've found to search for Arenal accommodations is www.arenal.net
