Thanks

I did see this on the Member Discount page...

• Copacabana Hotel Jaco Beach offers CRT VIP’s Special rates www.copacabanahotel.com

Looks like you have to write them from their web site and ask.

Thanks Bill.

Thanks

Really? You are too lazy to make a phone call. Everybody wants everything handed to them, seems few are actually willing to put effort into anything anymore.

That CRT discount info is VERY old. If I remember correctly, they have changed ownership and changed to some kind of nudist-type resort. I'm not sure if they would honor any discount, you'll have to contact them. That CRT discount info is VERY old. Last year they offered me a 10 percent discount on a suite after I called and explained that I was a CRT Member. They occasionally have nudist conventions and block the entire hotel for these events. However, you can always book a suite, and you don't have to be a nudist or do their all-inclusive deal.

Last few clients I dropped off there had different deals they'd worked out for being a CRT member. One guy had them waive the $20 (IIRC) guest fee, another got the 10% off while another got a suite for the price of a normal room. Think the key in all cases was to call and speak directly with someone there.

I would not advise a normal room there...very small and cramped for the price. The suites are nice with a beautiful ocean/beach view. Admin3 is right about the nudist stuff but the clothing optional pool is a nice touch and they are obviously 'guest' friendly.
