Does anyone know if duty free and the money changer is open upstairs at SJO airport that late?
If anyone is around this weekend pm me, pm me, be glad to meet up and buy a beer for some CRT brothers...

I'll be at amistad for the 5th time in a year, just feels like home to me...

Sorry, I don't know what's open at the airport at 9:30 pm. I always get there in the morning. But if you need to exchange dollars in town late at night, go to the Colonial Casino, next to the Del Rey. They give a good exchange rate at the cashier cage.

If you go to the Colonial, go to the cashier in back of the room. . . . then they might think that you did NOT just walk in off the street to do an exchange.

Got in at 10:15pm on last trip, duty-free still open by baggage area.

when i id the duty free search, one thread a BM said he got in at 1030 and duty free in customs was still open this was 2-12 date so maybe they will still be open fpr later arrivals.

I used to work at a big airport and when flights were delayed, depending how many lots of the shops stayed open late,
I worked fr an airline.
