I have tried to contact the Cocal Hotel with no luck. The 800 number is an answering service and the 877 number is disconnected. There has been no response to registration or email.

Any suggestions or updates?

Unfortunately, Cocal isn't very good at responding to e-mails. Outside the two numbers you mentioned, only other I have is the local number which is (011)506-2643-1201.

I called the 877# and a lady answered and took my reservation and gave me confirmation# This was on May 22

Thank you for the information. I finally called the international number and made a reservation. The other numbers never worked.

Hi all, this is actually confusing. I THINK I booked the vista mar condo in September? (The same owners as cocal) Anyone who actually booked the place, did they charge your credit card right away? They gave me a four digit confirmation number, but no confirmation e-mail, and no credit card activity after four days? Seemed a little strange to me.

The condos are privately owned and the Cocal manages the units that are in their rental pool.

Booking, cleaning, maint, etc.

They will not charge your credit card until you check in.
