MonRicky the brother of Gabby has told me that Big John is retiring and has sold the Del Rey and made his sister a millionaire. Hitsu Yamasaki will be the new owner. Big John intends to keep the Jaco properties.

That was a lame one. A few years ago, somebody posted that Del Rey burned down. That one actually caused some hearts to skip a beat among the membership.

JUAN HUNG LO has a brother who was the airline pilot who tore the tail off of his plane while landing the Asiana Airline flight a couple of months ago.

The pilot's name is WI TU LO.

Even though I have only been on CRT for a month or so, I remember this rumor circulating a few years back. That was a great April Fool joke. Everybody was panicky. I remember that. The weird thing about it is, I was walking by HDR when I heard about it, and I was just staring at the building thinking "what the hell?"

I walked into the place, and started asking everyone I recognized, "What happened? Did somebody try to set the place on fire?" My dumb ass didn't even realize it was April 1. When someone finally pointed that out to me, I just said, "Awwww, Nuts! I am such an idiot!"

I remember when the Del Rey was for sale back around 2000/2001. They actually had it listed. I remember seeing the listing for it on the realtors web site. I think they were asking around $11,000,000. I wonder what the asking price would be now :?: :shock:
