You are a tad sensitive, and maybe CRT is not for you - while I don't at all agree with the conclusions you have drawn, and your lack of understanding of the "whys" or the back and forth on any message board - well, not everything is literal, is what I'm trying to say.

The standard advice for a 3-some or a 4-some is to pick a girl who you like, for whatever reasons, and ask that girl to select another one or two candidates (for your approval) who would also be good for your activities. That is GOOD advice.

Just get into town and go to any of the popular venues to start the selection process. You'll find PLENTY of talent for your desires at almost any popular venue.

Don't forget your wallets (both of them).

Remember.......you won't find much action outside of San Jose and Jaco. And, unlike San Jose, Jaco is pretty dead during the day.

Thats one of the major drawbacks. we really weren't planning on spending any time in SJ or Jaco really but Quepos is close enough I bet we could make it worth the drive either for us or the girls. And having one pick the others definitely sounds like a good way to do it.

You might as well forget about Quepos for mongering, unless you bring a chica from San Jose (or Jaco?). There are very few 'options' or venues to pick up chicas. The bars Wacky Wandas and Pescadores (next door) are about the only places, and you might find perhaps 10 to 20 chicas there on a good night. There's the Arco Iris disco, but it doesn't get busy until 10:00 PM or so. There used to be a couple of MPs near there (Laylas and Itzmana), but I don't even know if they are open now. DGD could probably answer that. Also, there used to be a strip club about a mile out of town, heading towards Manuel Antonio, but it may have closed.

It really does not have anything to do with sensitivity. I've lived in CR for several years and no amount of ribbing or hazing is really going to make me feel any differently. I do not value the opinions of those that I do not know. That is not intended to offend, that's just the way it is.

My primary meaning was the caustic attitude of the board, especially towards new persons. Yes, I've seen that on a few boards (although I'm still kind of new to the internet board thing). No, it's not omnipresent -- there are quite a few boards that don't suffer from that. As for boards regarding Costa Rica, I don't know if they're all like that, and I don't really care. With no disrespect intended, I did not come here looking for a "club" or a "long-time members forum." I came looking for a source of info without all of the BS. That is attainable, and there are several boards that follow that model. Once again, perhaps that is not true regarding Costa Rica tourism and mongering. I find the bulk of posts here to be non-informative and primarily of a hazing or internal "club" nature. That's perfectly fine. I'm not trying to offend and I'm not offended. It's just not what I was looking for. My feelings have not been hurt. I'll probably hang around occasionally for a couple of weeks, and then I'll be done. I'm definitely not going to be paying any money to join this particular site.
