I always get them to chat with me for a bit to get a feel for what the session will be like. If the first thing they say is "you want company,baby" I say "next."
The best sessions always start with a fun and playful interaction in the bar area that may last for a while. The negotiation about price is almost an afterthought and does not dominate the interaction. The price is always right when it goes down this way. So , for me at least, the negotiation is more about choosing the girl wisely and avoiding the super cold ones. Always works for me.

This should be chisled on a plaque somewher, especially that first sentence. One of the best nights I've had started with a Chica taking my glass of rum&Coke and wrapping a couple of paper towels around the glass to stop the sweating while I was ditty-boppin' with her pal. I was so taken by this simple act of kindness , I turned my attentions to her (her pal got a little miffed but soon found somebody else). Soon after we took it to places I didn't know existed. Yowza!
I mean, it's supposed to be fun, right, not grim determination to just get it wet and limp?
