So I have 2 problems.... One is I always feel bad when I'm with another women besides my wife, which makes it hard for me to get an erection, and second is when I drink alcohol it also makes it hard to get hard. I get discourage when this happens since im only 29 (happened allot to me in the Philippines), and hoping to get some answers from you experienced CRT members.

1.) Do any of you feel bad when yo do the deed with another women besides your own lady (maybe dumb question)

2.) Is it OK to use Viagra when your drinking alcohol? If so how should i take it? (1/2 hour before, hour before sex)

3.) Are there any alternatives to Viagra? In the Philippines I used a pill called andros, not sure if they sell that in Costa Rica but I would definitely get that if do.

Viagra is sildenafil, Andros is sildenafil. So Viagra, Andros, and generic sildenafil are basically the same thing. Some brands work better than others. Any form of sildenafil should be taken one to four hours before having sex. Another product is tadalafil. It is sold as Cialis in the US. It is supposed to last 24 hours, so it can be taken once a day. The makers of Cialis warn about the amount of alcohol consumed while taking Cialis. Personally, I use sildenafil, and I hardly ever drink more than two beers immediately before I use it. Contrary to many beliefs, alcohol is a sexual performance depressant, not a stimulate. I know sildenafil is available in CR, without a prescription; and I think tadalafil is available, but I've never bought it. There is a guy named Russ who has a shop inside the Mona Lisa hotel. He sells many kinds of ED products.

Now, to your problem. I think the problem is in your head on your shoulders, not the little head. Since I'm not a sex therapist, I can't give you any advice about that.

as to question 2 - it should solve your problem. not good to drink to heavily after taking vitamin V but if taken before needed and don't drink to hard after will be fine. every pill works differently for different people. Many prefer Cialis for drinking. But that drug you take easy and have in your system weather you chose a girl or not. I personally like the Gel Viagra. I take it 10-15 mins before needed , the trick is don't swallow it right away. swirl in your mouth for 20-30 seconds under your tongue and then swallow. the tongue is a rapid absorber of medication, this speed action time to as quick as 10 minutes. This way if you don't find a girl or change your mind , its not in your system. hope this helps!

Great Info! I really appreciate it. The reason I took Andros is because it worked regardless of how much I drank. I found I would need at least 30 minutes prior to using. When I go to CR is there a particular brand of sildenafil that I should ask for? Will remember the trick with the Gel V.

The generic brand of Viagra is called RAVEN. It's commonly sold in CR. It is made in CR. no script is needed in CR.

Russ's gift shop at ML is a good source for a quick purchase. Jeff at ScoreS also has vitamins for us. Jimmy at Zona 2 may have some, too.

Another source for vitamins is a little pharmacy called Pharmacy Parque, on Calle Central very close to Avenida 4. A little less than $2 per pill for 100 mg. Ravens. It is not open on Sunday.

Be careful with the guilt feelings & don't do like my dumb-ass brother did once in Kuwait. I got him a job working with our sub-contractor there & he immediately began shagging a Filipina.

As for the vitamin V, pop one every once in a while. They do raise your blood pressure a bit, so keep an eye out for that.

Vitamin V is a fantastic recreational drug when used in moderation. Not sure if they have Kamagra in CR. They sell it in some of the bars and at many pharmacies in Thailand. It's a 100 mg gel pack & starts working in about 10-15 minutes.

I have had problems maintaining an erection at times and have tried all of the pills. I have had okay results with pills. My urologist recommended a silicon penis ring and it worked great. Once it gets hard it stays hard for twenty or thirty minutes if necessary. The girls like the extra sensation. They come in different sizes and finding one that is comfortable is easy. Go to a MP, lay on your back and get a blow job, think of Bill Clinton saying "I did not have sex with that woman" it will technically be true since you did not pound her, you will then not feel guilty. Do your drinking in celebration of getting your nut off AFTER doing the deed, maybe 1 or 2 beers max is ok, anything more may offset the viagra effect. I have to take pain medication for a bad back (codeine) and I find it interferes with viagra's effectiveness, so I refrain about 8 hours before sex, then take one afterwards since my back usually has had a hell of a workout....

I've tried all kinds of alternatives to viagra, prescription and over the counter, in my opinion, none work as well, many don't work at all, the beauty of Costa Rica is you can walk into any "Farmacia" and get them non prescription for about $10, you can cut them in half and for someone your age that should do fine, damn things cost $30 in the Screw You USA...

I have a friend whose wife allows him to come to Costa Rica with us and she knows what he's up to. She won't have sex with him for a month after he gets back and then requires him to get and show her his STD/aids test, only then does she allow him pu*sy privileges, he's ok with that!

What non-precsription alternatives to Viagra do you find in CR for $10

And are they that much better for you than my $1.90 generic Viagras to justify the $10

Many think the "real' thing is much better than generics (they do not trust generics)!! Viagra is a good example (IMHO) of the fallacy of this thinking, at least sometimes. The 'real' thing is made by Pfizer in a contract lab in India of which I understand they have limited control. Supposedly the same lab turns out millions of "generic" V every night. The Raven brand 'generic' is made in the Raven labs here in Cartago and Escazu. I have been in the lab in Cartago and it is a very clean, modern, and well run lab. The one in Escazu is new and I am sure is probably even better. I would trust the Raven brand any day (and do!!! jeje) over the Pfizer brand.

Raven labs also make 20mg generic Cialis which I have actually been using since, according to the Drs., Viagra (the "real" thing) caused cataracts to develop on both eyes. For those that do not know, Viagra (Pfizer or generic) even has on the label a warning about the possible dangers to the eyes!!

There is also another pharmaceutical lab here that makes Generic Viagra but I can not remember the name at the moment.

One other comment about "non prescription" buying of meds here. Many items (such as ED drugs) actually do require a script!! Many farmacias here have an in house Dr. who, every time they sell a ED drug, signs a script for it. Many think they are buying it without a script because they do not see this occur. Farmacias that do not have a Dr. will not (Legally) sell you DE drugs without a script. The two cheapest Farmacias here are F. del Bomba (3 locations in San Pedro, Curridabat, and (I think )Zapote) and F. del Parque (down town on C Central just south of Ave 4). la Bomba will not sell many meds which require a script because they do not have an "in house" Dr.! la Parque will, because it has a Dr. Things that us mongers use such as Z-Pacs, testesteron shots, ED drugs, are much cheaper at the Farmacia del Parque than at any other farmacia I have found here.
