From the story, this is a "...punk-rock type bar..."; what the hell did she (who had doubtless had a few herself) think was gonna happen? Emily Post appearing to serve tea and politesse? Common sense was nowhere in evidence on any side. BTW, where was the house staff in the ramp-up to physical violence? Standing by being vastly amused? All that said, these incidents are gonna be more wide-spread as the use of these invasive devices spreads.

Some general comments.....

With today's phones having the photographic capabilities they do, its somewhat a moot point to be discussing cameras, right? Whether he had a camera the size Jimmy Olson used on the old Superman TV series, or a "Gopro" it matters little b/c so long as someone has a phone, they can take whatever pictures they desire. Note I said can; not that they should.

I want to discuss another matter.......

Its the height of being a scumbag to take un solicited pix or video in an MP or a Bar, such as Sportsmans, or the HDR (chica or patron) - I'm so beyond the lessened "expectations of privacy" in todays society, and the internet age, but its still an asshole thing to do.

Plus, going into such a place with your camera around your neck marks you as a real dweeb.

actually, many friends (that will never make the trip) have asked me so many questions about these places, that I really wish I could take a film crew inside and film it 'documentary' style. Obviously I am talking about empty buildings, but many guys at home cannot imagine the HDR, or SL, or even Scores and Zona.

As for the MPS, it is easy to conjure up an image of a small dank room with several sad-faced old hookers sitting around bored and depressed. And that is the image most guys have, until they see for themselves.
