Will be at SL bar Thursday thru closing March 6th. I am trying to book a tee time at Costa Rica Country Club though my club - does anyone have any info on this place?

I have been coming down for 8 years and never met any other CRT members (I think I met bangbang way back when).

Anyway - I will yell "hootie who" when I enter the SL and I have the secret handshake memorized!!!!!  :P :P

I played this course in late January. The course was in excellent shape and very reasonable ($82). The wind was really blowing both days which made I tough. Well worth the 22 minute or so drive from the Gulch.

Try this link for some great golf info (and some discounted rates):
http://www.teetimescostarica.com/index.html

Bringing your own clubs is worth the fee the airline will charge you. Valle del Sol charges an arm and leg to rent clubs :(

Great Point bout bringing golf clubs.

Too bad Sportsmens or LA Amistad or OneLluckyDog or PuraVidaTransport doesn't collect clubs to rent out cheaply (hint hint).

Amistad has 3 sets. We do not rent but will loan out with a credit card to secure until returned

OUTSTANDING!

Having stayed at the Presidente back in the day several times, SPortsmens at least 6 times, HLH at least 3 times: I am now eagerly anticipating my stay next week at the La Amistad with the all inclusive!

And they just saved me and my pals $150 in club rentals. Thanks Matt!

:P :P :P :P :P :P

Golf's like sex, you don't have to be good at to have a good time.

I'll take sex with chicas in Costa Rica instead of golf. Less expensive than Pebble Beach, and much more of a chance of getting a hole in one. :D
