totally agree Jawanker. i don't gamble often enough to know the unspoken "rules" but if i win a bunch i know the odds aren't in favor of me continuing to win. but i do understand its different if you are sitting at a table full of players as opposed to say blackjack.

Is the hotel Mona Lisa next to the SL ?

No, it's some distance away but still walking distance.

It's across the street from the Hotel Dunn Inn and one uphill block away from Zona 2 and Scores.

mh

It,s about a 5 block walk from SL

I don't see ML, Zona II, or Scores on the map. Guess they will be easy enough to find when I'm at the SL.

The Havana Humidor Room and Zona 2 are 2 blocks north and 1 block west of the downtown Holiday Inn.

No one deters you from leaving!!!! But if you won a huge pot and immediately tried to cash out and leave, I would look the other way while someone broke your legs. Common poker courtesy is to play a minimum of an hour unless you go broke. It is also common courtesy to announce you are leaving, like saying "I am going to play one more round of the button."

There are also no house rules saying you can't scoop and run like a coward.

And no doubt, some of the daily grinders after losing a big pot will sarcastically tell you not to leave, they just want a chance to win their money back from you fish.

That's why I don't gamble anymore. All nicities aside , if you win, you are entitled to take your money and go.

I 100% agree you are entitled to take your money whenever you wish. Just stating that you should announce this. A very common way is to say you will play one more round of the button. If it were a full table (9 or 10 players) and it takes an average of 2 and a half minutes you are saying you will stay another 25 minutes (mas o menos). During those final hands you usually are sitting for either pocket K or A or some may add a couple other hands to their range. And at least see a flop if one of those hands come.

No one makes you sit down or tells you when to leave it is after all about winning.
The cocal poker room has a good rule if you cash out and want back in the buy in must be the amount of the cashout.IMHO this is a good rule.

The ML is where Amon Plaza is listed on the map. Zona II and Scores is where Hotel Little Havana is listed. Zona II is on the corner and Scores is up the hill just a few yards.

This points out that Our Crowd's map needs updating; unfortunately those Bros who curated previously have given up the game, moved to other countries or just got tired. NEEDED: a good skilled Bro or two to strap on the saddle and help us. I am not bemoaning the way things used to be (that gets real tiresome real quick), just pointing out a fact.
