There will no shortage of nominees from CRT except that your term of "places in CR" needs to be more defined. Do you mean Phuck places? Eateries? Clubs and bars? Hotels? Tourismo stuff? Casinos? Jails? Alot of guys here as you know have a particular strong expertise in these specific areas but rarely of all.

On the other hand if you are asking for someone that doesn't know shit from Shinola to write a 500 word report about a place they visit once or twice and then are experts, there's also no shortage of nominees here that fit that criteria also.

Is this blog already existing? Looking for writers on spec? As Bro DGD asked, is this a monger-specific or civilian-perspective endeavor? How about nominally civilian venues when you stroll in with your Chica du jour? Shock? Amusement? << not seen that POV expressed in Foder's.
There's a lot of ways this could play--monetizing it, not so much...but as a hobby...

This blog already exists and is totally humming along. The idea is free speach, with discretion. Everything has to comply with ley 9095. Pretty much you can write a post about any hotel, service, tour in Costa Rica. It cannot be rated X.
