Does anyone know if the Monaco Condos in Jaco are Chica friendly and if there is a guest fee?

No idea on the guest policy at Monaco but most condo complexes won't allow "guests". Some guys have gotten by bribing the security guards at the condo but others have been plain out of luck. To be sure, I'd recommend calling them and asking. Trust, it won't be the first time they've been asked that question.

Edit to say..Google maps has the wrong location. See now it is very close to where the Beatle Bar used to be in central Jaco. Do remember taking some clients here once a while back and they were able to bring back guests.

I have stayed at monaco two times. Have had a number of chicas up to the penthouse with absolutely no problem from the security guards. My last stay was 2 years ago. Great place nice condos and central to all. Beatle bar a 3 minute walk.

We stayed there last year. There seems to be a couple answers to your question.

There is one rental office that is located in the Monaco bldg(s) which is closer to the main N-S road thru town.

For the bldg(s) nearest the rental office, the agent said there was a fee for guests.

We stayed at the other Monaco complex of 2 story bldgs. The entrance was about 100 ft. away from the rental office. The "word" from other tenants was that one could "duke" the guard with 5K and bring in your chica.

We liked the layout of the latter complex. It was less expensive than staying at the Cocal for two of us, each with a private room and bath plus a kitchen and a luxurious LR.

We stayed at the Monte Carlo last year and had guests with no problem. I think the fee is $10 each guest. No dealing just walked up to the gate signed the guest in. You have to escot your guest back to gate to sign out. The year before we stayed at the Monaco with an owner, but decline to bring guest back even though the owner said it was cool.
