Hey all, I have an upcoming trip to tamarindo this winter for a week. The main purpose for the trip wasn't for the ladies, but after doing some reading, it looks like that could be a nice little bonus. It looks like most of the action happens in SJ, but I never really hear anything from the north. Are there any bars or clubs in tamarindo that would have a better chance of success? I don't have a rental car so my transportation is kind of limited. Also, are there any kind of gentleman's clubs or massage parlors in tamarindo?

I take my Nica girlfriend who lives in San Jose their twice a year for the last 4 years and no massage parlors or gentleman clubs in Tamarindo, but if I had to look for a chica I would talk to the locals for information--maybe ask the surf guys on the beach or someone in a shop-restaurant advice on where to go. They might even hook you up!

I'm in Tamarindo now, I've seen and been hit on by pro's at the monkey bar in the past, and at a few of the late night discos on the other end of town near the loop. Its usually a late night only thing when I've seen it. Nicas and Dominicans
