When you want a workout that includes weight lifting, where do you guys go, and what s the membership fees like?

i like the radisson. lots of weights/machines and ellipticals. walking distance from SL/LA area. I think it is $5 a day and the weekly doesnt offer much discount.
the SL has a small gym w dumbbells and a bikes/treadmill and is free to guests. not sure how much if you are staying elsewhere.

If you are not to far away from the Sabana area, Fitsimons Gym is an excellent choice.

One block down from the Holiday Inn - walk past the Pops Icecream, walking towards HLH/Zona Blue - on the corner next to a dress/wedding gown shop is a gym I use all the time - its like $14 a week and closed Sunday - I use a treadmill only, but know they have weights.

Owned by a Tica MD - very nice, not fancy - I apologize for the bad directions, and would be interested in hearing from others about gyms in the area. Close to HI, Morazon, HDR

This gym is on the NW corner of Ave. 7 & Calle 5.
