The past week, I have been getting a ton of 508 unused error messages and every now and then, a 404 not found message. No other website I use seems to be having problems but CRT sure is....bad. Almost impossible to connect at times and have heard the same from numerous members. You may want to consider changing hosting companies as this site is no longer stable or reliable anymore

Text from error message I got when I tried to post this the first time:

I mentioned this last week. I kept getting 508 (never seen this before on ANY site EVER... WTF ) errors. And for the past couple of weeks, the site has been slow as shit. The "VIEW YOUR POSTS" link sometimes doesn't even work. This site is quickly on its way to the dumps. Once the members leave, the sponsors are right behind us. I'm not sure if the site owners realize this.

I don't know how others feel, but my patience is running out. I'd hate to leave due to technical issues because I have made a lot of friends on this site, but I'm not going to waste time sitting and waiting for pages to change watching the liitel circle spinning around while pages load.

Can anybody list any things about CRT that are better now???

For one, there isn't a lot of flaming going on like in the past. Since Admin threw a few bodies out the aircraft, everyone on the board has been minding their P's & Q's. IMHO, CRT seems to be a more civil board now.

Also, the new sponsors in Jaco don't hurt the board, either.

Agreed, the error messages are gone but the site is indeed still very slow at least accessing it from Costa Rica.
