Coming down in August for four dental implants and am debating where to stay. I know I will be laid up for about three days so want a quiet room where my girl can nurse me back to party animal status A room with a small kitchen and frig for ice cream would be best since I will only be able to eat soft food for about five days We prefer the SL as our base but maybe there are better choices considering our circumstances. Any advice much appreciated.

You might want to talk with Manfred (manager at SL) about Leopardo in the mansion wing. At one time it had a microwave in the kitchen. Also, El Rey on the first floor has a kitchen and I bet Manfred will get you a microwave if you tell him why you need it. Leopardo is the quieter room and only a bit more expensive.
