If anyone is looking to rent a clean, safe, and centrally located apartment, let me know. It has one bedroom, two full bathrooms, washer and dryer, frig, and stove. It is located near Mas y Menos supermarket. Only two blocks from the Del Rey and 4 blocks from Sportsmans. I am interested in someone for a weekly or monthly basis. I would consider on the short-term for the right person. The apt also has a front veranda room with views of thew mountains. A nice place to have a coffee and read the newspaper. The price is $500 per month. The prices for weekly or daily would be a bit higher per night based on $500 per month. A week would be $225 and per night would be around $50.

Looking for a place in this price range for the month of Oct. Are we talking furnished with bedding, internet axcess, tv etc.? senior guy so rarely out past 10-11pm--guest friendly?

Barrett444 : the apartment is currently available in October. There is TV with limited cable. It can be upgraded. I only spend one month a year down there so I do not have internet currently. I am looking into the cost associated with that. As far as bed, sheets and cooking utensils , it is all there.

Don Carlos : Not sure if we are talking about the same place. I have been there last 4 years and only rented to a 3 people not associated with CRT. I am renting this place for the same price I pay. Not interested in making money . I just want the ability to stay there a month a year and not have to pay for the time I am not there.
