311 used to be the previous owner's apartment, so it has a full kitchen, very good if you like or want to cook your own meals.
310 has a lot of space, a loft-style bedroom, huge wall windoows, and a large couch.
312 is also huge, is at the top of an additonal spiral staircase, and is probably the most "complete" package. It's the most popular penthouse room in te hotel, I think.
The 200-series "penthouse" rooms are more like junior suites and are relatively recent-build, very nice rooms.
+1
Some additional info:
There are 44 steps from the ground floor to 312. The best room in the house - awesome for orgies if you're into that

- but unless you're in good shape once you climb those 4 stories you'll think twice about coming down again.
203, 202 and 201 are the "junior suites". They are actually better appointed than all the other penthouses (except for the aforementioned 312), in that they all have full sized jacuzzis plus a dry sauna inside the suite.
203 is the smallest (and darkest), 201 is by the train tracks, 202 faces the street leading down to SL.
310 and 311 face the train side. 312 will literally shake when a freight train comes by at speed.
