It's on Calle 13, due <edit>EAST not West</edit> of HLH, right? Someone put a marker down on Calle 9 and Ave Segunda. That would put it way South of HLH, and not near it at all.

BD, I hope you meant EAST of HLH and that "west" was a goof.

It is currently marked in the right spot, so it's ok.

SL is ON Calle 13, just 1/2 block up a slight hill from Ave. 9.

Alright Dingleberry, how do you expect newbies to locate places that they've never been to, if maps are forbidden in your happy little view of the world?
The fact is Google displays 'places of interest', and I would say SL and HLH meet the definition.
I was actually using Google Maps to see a street-level layout of the area, and not to identify places. I happen to see "Sportmens Lodege" (not my spelling) on Ave Segunda, and I thought it was in the wrong place, so I zoomed in and saw the proper marker on Calle 13.
As for your 'dick' comment, I was going to fire back, regarding the location of my dick and it's prozimity to yo mama's azz, but I felt the Moderator would not approve. So I'm taking the high road.

I have marked it on my WAZE app on my Iphone. Here's the link for your computer. http://www.waze.com/?redirect=1 . Much better service than google maps and is a free app on your Iphone and Android phone. It's the best service I have found in Costa Rica.

Cal, it's worthless if the address is wrong (or even if the little red dot is in the wrong place). I've never been to SJ, so if I relied on google I'd never find the SL. Lucky for me I knew it was near the HLH, so that gave me the confidence to question it. Otherwise, people tend to trust mapping software.
The actual reason I am looking at google maps is because several people have said the monger map is out of date. SO I wanted a wider view of the streets to locate landmarks for walking tours.
