Apologies for all the questions about Jaco, but here goes anyway --

Does anybody know anything about the Paradise Villas in Jaco? They seem to be very nice looking on their webpage, and for about half the price of the Cocal. The manager is a guy named Bob Johnson, who lives there, I think.
