hey everybody just wonderin if there's any gyms to workout ,do cardio lift weights etc.... in San Jose going to be down there a month and want to stay fit

Hike up a mountain or paddle out at Hermosa beach that will keep you in shape )

yah, there's plenty of gyms. World Gym in escazu, MultiSpa gyms all across the city, Fitsimmons in Sabana. They're good, american-style gyms. no shortage there.

I saw Golds Gym is going to open in the Radison. Not to far a walk from the Del Ray.
