Guy Also explained that they will have 7 rooms downstairs for full service massage and will have girls available to perform the service. This will be competition for HLH and New Fantasy, but in a classy environment.

Will this service be available when I arrive into town next Wednesday Feb 13?

No. That will be down the road. It will take some time for them to execute all of their strategies. The casino is not even open yet (except the slots).

The Hotel Mona Lisa in San Jose still has rooms available for Super Bowl weekend. $49.95 per night plus the CRT discount of 10%. We have 3 bars and lots of TV's to watch the Super Bowl... We officially open on Jan. 31st and will have 63 rooms available !!! We have already sold 20 so we still have plenty of space.. you can make a reservation by emailing Guy Grand at guy.grand@yahoo.com or calling our U.S. phone number 215 469-6662 Look forward to hearing from you. Guy Grand Director of Guest Services , Hotel Mona Lisa

Yes the VIP offer is still available for the next 75 people at $ 100.00 per year. Good for the private club and also 20% off everything in the hotel.

Thanks Attila, but this is the one I meant, whch doesn't sound like a Super Bowl offer, unless it's an ongoing annual Super Bowl deal?

I had the opportunity to stay at the Mona Lisa on grand opening . I never in my 3 years( 15 + trips ) of going to CR. experienced such great service . Guy and Tom were always asking if I needed anything and is everything ok . I believe this place is going to be fantastic when they complete there hotel . The rooms are large with new 42inch flat screen tv, nice towels ,and most importantly quality toilet paper . I did invest in the future and joined there VIP club . It was nice to sit outside listen to some music and smoke a Cuban cigar .

The 10% CRT VIP discount was what I was trying to highlight. I just booked a room for feb.13-18. I just emailed Guy and he confirmed my reservation immediately.

cheers,
Attila

I want to thank Guy Grand for giving me a tour of the Mona Lisa last night. This property has huge, huge potential. I wish Guy and the owners great luck and success in this endeavor!

I will be at Mona Lisa, Feb. 21 thru 25 and give a detailed report. No slight to the great SL, or Castillo, my usual haunts, but the lure of different scenery, and curiosity, have me coming down south. I have never used the Dunn Inn, or Amistad. HLH would be fine if there were windows, me personally, can't stay in a room without windows.
On a different note, if anyone needs anything you can't get there such as your favorite cracker, or peanut butter, let me know, be glad to help.

Dear Guy:

I have been coming to CR since 2003. I have always stayed at the HDR primarily because of the ready availability of the chicas. I am the typical weekend warrior who stays 3 - 4 days at the most. I can not afford to be away from by business. I have customer and financial obligations to meet. I also cannot afford a wild goose fruitless chase because of my limited vacation time. Besides the numerous girls that are found at the Del Rey, I also like the ease of dining and the night of dancing that is provided at Key Largo. That being said, HDR lacks in customer service. There is an urgent need for another viable option. However, to outrun and outmaneuvered the Del Rey, I would recommend the following:
1. Primary focus should be providing beautiful and gorgeous chicas. You will do well if you can lure the beautiful chicas from the numerous massage pallors by offering a higher commision than is offered by the massage pallors. Short term rooms are a good idea.
2. You will need to be able to penetrate deeply into the Nica, but especially the Colombian community, and get the mesmerizing and incredibly beautiful Colombian chicas. I remember the days when they lined the walls of the Del Rey. They have since disappeared. You may even need to recruit directly from the source as is done in St. Maartin. At the local level, you may have to grease some palms. If you can make your facility the primary destination of the Colombian chicas in SJO, you would have earned your way to incredible riches.
3. I like the concept of VIP membership, but there must be something special about VIP membership that is apart from regular customers. For this, you will need to create a black book of semipros/college chicas who may not hang around on site, but are available oncall with a phone call. This will definitely make VIP membership worthwhile.

These are my recommendations for success. I do not gamble and know little about gambling. If you can make Mona Lisa the primary destination of gorgeous chicas, you would create a walk to the bank. I tolerate Del Rey with its roach infested rooms, poor customer service, chica fees, largely because of the availability of the chicas. The ball is in your court. There is work for you to do. I am visiting in April and will stop to see your facility. It is nice to offer discounts on rooms, meals, etc, but all of that is secondary to having the chicas readily available. Good Luck and best wishes.
