Well, I've been looking for a decent pump up here in Nicaragua. I guess with them shoveling venezuelan oil into the fire like it is coal to produce energy the concept of efficiency is not one which is well understood.

I'll be making a trip to cr soon, anyone able to recommend some places to look for water pumps?

you should be able to find water pumps at most any freteria... if you can't find one in nicaland, I would suppose you only have to go to La Cruz on the CR side of the border, you should be able to find one at the San Carlos Hardware there in the center of town. If not you can easily find one in any of the 5 or 6 different hardware stores.

One recomendation would be to look for a Durman Eschavel in either Nicaragua or Costa Rica. This company specializes in irrigation supplies, and I would only assume water pumps would be on the supply list.

I think this is a specialty item in CR. its certainly not in the mainstream hardware stores. EPA doesn't have anything and my plumber says - he will have to call around.

Where the phuck can i find a water pump that runs on 110 and can increase water pressure to my house?

Chi treker. I don't know why you are having a hard time finding a 110V water pump. Might be you live in SJ. I live north west of San Ramon and just about any ferreteria iin San Ramon will have one. I recently bought one for a small irrigation system for 60,000. Check La Gar ferreteria. You might get lucky there.
