Don't know the place, but with the name of Hilton, you can bet your last dollar that its probably not chica friendly. Probably charge a high fee to bring guest in.

I stayed at the DoubleTree last March. Arrival and departure day plus one between trips. Expensive, didn't notice any working girls. Food mostly generic buffet all inclusive but a paid resteraunt as well $20 for a late nite burger and fries. Cheaper to walk over to the mall across the street and get something at Burger King

I don't know if its Chica friendly but you may be able to sneak a chica to your room if you are nonchalant about it and nobody at the front desk is being attentive to thier surroundings. I did it several times when I stayed at the Residence Inn in Escazu which is a Marriott product although the front desk caught me one night with my chica walking through the lobby late at night to sneak to the elevators. They called us over to the desk and did not ask for her cedula just asked her to register her name on a form. No problem at all.
