Hey guys, Regarding the old " Clarion Hotel " in Barrio Amon in San Jose. It's going to be called " Hotel Mona Lisa " and scheduled opening in January 18th to 20th in time for the " Superbowl " . We are working on a Website but it's not finished yet , but if you have Facebook we do have a sneak preview and pictures on Facebook.. Go to Facebook and type in " Mona Lisa Hotel Costa Rica " and you can see pictures of the Hotel and rooms , etc.. We have rooms priced from $49.99 for a standard room to the master suite with a living room , King bed and two bathrooms for $169.99 per night.. I will let you all know as soon as we have a webpage and phone number to make reservations... Guy

Hello Guy:

i am booked in Escazu with free points Super Bowl weekend, but I will definitely stop by to say hello and book my next few reservations with you. Will you have a house band that I can jam with like Moby Dick at the Dunn? Those were fun times. Lets re-live em and get Scottie V back too!! LOL!!!

Happy holidays Guy - what would the rates be for a few rooms (single king bed) end of Jan or early Feb.

Planning a return trip - getting too cold here

Let me try and answer as many questions as possible.. First of all I'm so busy working on getting the hotel finished for the opening , I don't have to much time to go on CRT and POST.. Having said that, let me give you more info: We open January 31st, Thursday 2013. The room prices are as follows, very simple Standard room $49.99 and Junior Suites $89.99. NO CHARGE to bring in a guest. All rooms have a window, A/C, one King bed or two Full size beds, Fridge, telephone, Private bathroom with a shower and a bath, and a Safe. and yes we have rooms for Superbowl.. Our reservation system is not up till next week but I can take a reservation NOW. All you have to do is email me direct at guy.grand@yahoo.com and give me your full name and dates you are coming.. That's it... Someone asked if we have a cash price, we don't have a cash price.. We feel we are giving you already a Great product for the price.. A Four Star Hotel with a Casino and two Restaurants, nice big rooms for $49.99 is a deal already... Hope to hear from you soon, Guy Grand
