Squirrel 88, make sure you have a hotel room reserved before arriving. Less headaches that way.

Thanks for the advise, but this isn't my first rodeo in Costa Rica or my second or my 15th. ;) My exWife is a Tica... I know.. I know.. Big mistake.
I will be in SJ for most of the time and then I am going to go visit a friend of mine (American) that lives in San Isidro for a couple of days.

Thanks for the support. I will be travelling on my own and being this is my first trip to CR, I figure SL is as good a spot as any to at least start out? Luckily I will have a week under my belt by this time, so hopefully I will know the ropes by then.

Well on the 7th we will have to do something for your 40th. I'm sure the CRT's down there will want to celebrate with you!
