If you've noticed already, there is disconnect in rational thought process . Classic symptoms of schizophrenia. He made a decision ( one that he regrets ) to relocate to CR and now suffers from depression and paranoid schizophrenia . He vents out his underlying frustration through this forum.
Here is more info on this chronic mental illness that is life long and currently there is no cure for it . You can suppress / control it with medication but can't cure it. Symptoms manifest when patient stops taking medication

I knew if I waited long enough there would be a post we agree, and although the sentence re spending time in a mental ward might be a stretch, the part about being the sock puppet of a gringo living in CR is likely spot on - most boards ban sock puppets, this one seems to tolerate them. Also agree that they can be found out; not like hacking into the National Security Agency's data base, not nearly as difficult.

Yep you can and I have blocked this goof so that I am not bothered with his nonsense. The board will post a little note in the thread that he has posted, is on your blocked list, and you can view if you want by clicking. I blocked a poster 2 years ago who kept sending me wierd pm's asking about the identity of a girl I posted about in Quepos. He thought it was his girl, which it wasn't, but enuf was enuf after the 10th one.

I think there is a consensus re: the lack of informational value of Greengo's posts, other then entertaining to newer posters who think his goofspeaks are messages from a higher power.

And I agree with Thirdworld that feeding this moron is not wise even to dispute his "facts", for example, when he posts his coo-coo shit like incest is "endemic" in CR, which he reiterates today.

It's a board, he's been ID'd as a complete psycho and discredited as being a source of reliable CR info by knowledeable posters who know CR as well as he touts he does. Nothing you can do other then block him and choose not to read or make the mistake and feed the weirdo whomever he (they) are.

You did identify my major hard on with him; I think his posts are complete nonsense, and think the guys who "revere" his "wisdom" tools in this instance, because they confuse his posts with knowledge - I also think he does not like Costa Rica very much.

Check out that statistic in Ireland. Abortion illegal, ranked # 8 in world richest countries in some studies (US is ranked 7th), population is well educated and the country is developed.

Seems to meet your criteria.

The way you worded your question would definitely rule out the U.S ever since Roe v Wade. Additionally it is impossible to answer the question since your hypothesis specifies a country where abortion is not legal and it is legal in the U.S. That is why I suggested the answer might be found using Ireland as the model which seems to fit the criteria you outlined upon a cursory glance.
