Don't want ambiance etc just clean and good. A small restaurant will work also. Want Tico food.

Try Soda Peru, up the hill from HLH. She has a lot of shrimp and sea bass on the menu.

Funny you should mention Scallops. Usually when I used to fly into Atlanta, I'd hit publix on the way home and pick up a pound of scallops and saute them in butter.

I always gain a few pounds when I'm in Atlanta or Ft. Walton.

Sorry, the food in Coast Rica is nothing like the food in the USA.
