I bought a nice little Samsung on Ebay, Brother Orange helped me out with the learning process,

Really very simple as long as it is Quad... and unlocked, I borrowed a chip from my driver Gustavo, $ 10 to charge the chip and 2 min later we have a connection.

Be careful of the Verizon's Samsung Galaxy S3. It is a quad band GSM CDMA world phone and can be made to work, but Verizon will not unlock this phone because they are in a lawsuit with Samsung. It must be rooted to unlock it and that voids the warranty. This does not apply to other S3's.
