A website? Now you are asking too much! Let's just be happy that the Clarion is opening with Guy Grand working there!

I don't have all the prices yet for the new hotel "Mona Lisa" the old Clarion. We have 96 rooms. Fifty of the have either one king bed or two full size beds all will be only $50 per night. These are beautiful rooms with a/c , mini bar , shower and bath , and every room has a window with a few. The mini suites and suites with two bathrooms and a separate living room we haven't priced yet. I look forward to our Grand Opening around the middle of January. Nothing is exactly on schedule in Costa Rica. All my new and old CRT friends come down and ask for me and I will give you a personal tour of the Hotel "Mona Lisa".
Be well my brothers, Guy

That website is for the old Clarion Amon Plaza and is not necessarily indicative of what the new Mona Lisa hotel will be. For example the room rates listed in that old site are much higher then Guy indicated they will be at the Mona Lisa.

Me too. I never stayed there. Does anybody remember if it was street quiet or any particular side that was quieter?

I used to stay exclusively at Clarion, before shut down. I don't remember any street noise. But, I have been know to be drunk and "busy" at night-night time   .

I absolutely loved the Clarion. Close to US 3-4 star accommodations. Never felt like a whore house. Could easily take your non working friend without her thinking you were, well, us. You could also take your freak and get your freak on.

It's quiet at the Clarion because all the rooms are on the second, third and fourth floors. The back side of the hotel faces the river and is very quiet. The hotel has a four star rating and is very nice. We decided to price the food and the rooms low. $50 dollars a night for a beautiful room can't be beat.. We're going to have a limited menu. Fifteen items that will be made excellent. Not like some restaurants with fifty items so so. Better a small menu with delicious food and good Quality.
We'll make the money in the Casino and have great rooms and food inexpensive like old Las Vegas.
And yes you will feel totally comfortable bringing your girlfriend or whoever you want. But most important you will receive Great Friendly Service always with a SMILE.
Look forward to seeing all my CRT friends... Guy

We are still working on all the pricing longer stays taxes etc etc I will post everything as soon as we have it. Now it's $50 a night plus tax which is cheaper than most of the hotels and I guarantee our rooms are nicer. But if you are looking for something cheaper there are a few places in Barrio Amon that start at $25 up. Our cheapest rooms will be $50 a night and for a Four Star Hotel that's a great price 
