Hey guys...there's a reason guys dislike posting here. In fact when I read that HLH thread about how Jeff should really just come in here and start posting I chuckle. Yeah right, Like this forum is real fun to post in.

Personally, I post for the noobs...and that's about all I post for. The bullshit here almost got me to stop posting. Admin got a partial handle on it, thank god. I have no interest in changing any of you. Do what you do. The brothers I talk to in country get me by just fine. CRT helps me learn, so I stay...but there's some miserable fvcking shit to put up with here. This thread pretty much gets to the point of that.

Also please note, if you flame me for these thoughts...you've done, like.....what? Shown me yet again who you are? gee, thanks for the additional demo.

What I'd really like to see is guys supporting the noobs....and dedicating their efforts to that. Inform, educate, befriend, facilitate. The rest should all be dumped into "Smack Talk" so the know-it-alls can prove they are really men.


I've never used that stupid "+1"... but I will do it just this once, 295.... :wink: Well said.

Hilarious, Paco and those who added to it!

I guess I just don't change lightbulbs as much anymore. Not an "expert" on it now, I guess. Just seems a normal part of life to me, so not much to say?

Hey -- no jokes about "you can unscrew a lightbulb, but..."? Good.

Hey, Seahawk -- I've got a porch lightbulb that I haven't changed in 14 years (it was there when I moved in) -- what does that mean? (Besides the fact that nobody is home.)

I lived my life on Internet forums/fora from mid-'98 to 2001, with CRT reawakening that habit in 2005, as my life shifted toward Latin America. The learning curve was steep but wonderful, and for all who contributed to that, I do thank you. The word "generosity" does not begin to cover what you provided me here.
