Wanted to know if any mongers here bring old clothing to give to the locals?

I have a lot of older clothing that is 'like new', either never used or only used once or twice. The style is over 5+ years old so I can't use it in my daily life anymore. I typically bring old clothing to cuba and the philippines when I travel there and the locals really appreciate it. even got one of the best bbbjcim for giving a girl a dress once :P

OR IS IT A WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY? :?:

I can only guess......that it would not be a waste of your effort. There are a lot of poor people in CR.

But you leave us with a question.

Were you wearing the dress when you got the great BJ ??????

I usually leave old tee shirts and other clothes in the room or give them to the maids that clean the room if i see them around. They appreciate it.

Hell yes. Pack what you will wear, new or used, that you really don't want, gym or dress shoes, socks, jeans, clothes, jerseys, tee shirts, a rain jacket/wind breaker & umbrella if you go in the green season, sun glasses, caps, cologne, whatever, wear it for a day or whatever, give it away as you use it day by day or however to whomever, come home packing with more room for coffee and duty free stuff.

It's a win-win.

Absolutely hugely appreciated.

Did you see last week the poor guy drowned trying to retrieve his old shoes?

If you guys are throwing out your clothes after 5 years because they are no longer "in style" then I guess I am officially over the hill.

You are not alone Devo. I still have shirts that say "made in USA" :!: :!: :!:
How old do you think those could be :?: :?: Still good and buttons do not fall off.
