http://www.shuttlebus.co.cr/Once again, flawless transport to and from SJO to Amistad:
http://www.shuttlebus.co.cr/ books for InterBus via their own website.
http://www.shuttlebus.co.cr/ is a USA based operation (out of Michigan) which has close ties with InterBus in CR:
http://www.shuttlebus.co.cr/ is owned and operated by the ex CFO of InterBus and his brother is still a manager type with InterBus.
They were there waiting for me, despite a 2 hour delay (on my part) following landing as I stopped at the KOLBI pre-paid sim booth right after getting off the plane and before going through customs; got my $20 pre-paid chip PLUS talked my way into being given an extra $10 in gift promotion (if you have your own phone and are not sure if the KOLBI pre-paid will work....not to worry......they will "test" your phone to see if it is properly unlocked before selling you anything)...and then found myself in the LONGEST line ever in seven years in customs......made my way through all of that; got my bag(s)....and there was InterBus waiting on me....and more than OK with waiting some more as I hustled up to the bank to change some money......then off to the hotel:
InterBus was back at the hotel to take me on a very early flight to a destination not to be noted on this web site.....at 4am.....and off to SJO I went......flawlessly.
So far....so good.....never a glitch using
http://www.shuttlebus.co.cr/ in conjunction with InterBus.....and that's 19+ times
YMMV, but I don't believe a whole lot.......
One thing.....
http://www.shuttlebus.co.cr/ used to be several dollars cheaper than direct booking with InterBus and that reality has come and gone......
http://www.shuttlebus.co.cr/ is still cheaper....but not that much. However, the booking process is far easier than the InterBus website as is the payment section.
Further, you can book anything InterBus has using
http://www.shuttlebus.co.cr/ which means tours throughout CR. For a more personal service, check my referral for a private driver in this very section. Andres' is your man on the ground and isn't a jaded "propina seeking" SOB like so many drivers are at this point "in the game". It's all Green Go, eh?
