Basically if you have an Android phone with Google Map App, you can now download the whole street level map of whatever city or place you want. Then you can navigate yourself around with the downloaded detail map without any data connection or usage. If this sounds confusing to you, here's the link to better explain. Its best to d/l over a good wifi connection.
