No but seriously, what you describe is a sexual preference. For instance, I like women who have a nice ass, great smile and average to slightly above average tit size. Now I may deviate from that depending on a myriad of reasons and my state of arousal at the time. I would NOT exclude a woman who I found attractive who say, has a bigger breast size than I would normally prefer. If a woman prefers a guy who has a small dick then I'm OK with that. However, my issue is that it makes no sense to exclude and entire race of male humanity based exclusively on their perceived or imagined dick size.

If I said, "All white guys have small dicks." Is that statement true? Well of course it isn't true. Some dudes are big, some small. Anyway, we all know this stuff. It's just silly that ignorance like this persists in the face of reason/logic/reality. Then again, we're talking about logic with "ladies of the gulch." Fortunately, there are so many different types of women in the gulch with so many different preferences that any man would be happy with his selection.

racism exists. always has and always will.
to me its more about the manner in which a man/woman presents themselves to the rest of the world that either feeds into or smashes the pre conceived notions most people have.
be a member of the human race first and try not to implement or force me to recognize you on a level other than that.
take the high road and say you don't initially have a preconception of someone you meet and i will say you are intellectually dishonest. we all notice similarities based on race/religion/hair color because we have our own experiences to relate back on. is that fair? i think it is because like it or not its the reality that groups of people will behave in certain manners in certain situations. and the individual is the exception.
i always do my best to look for things in common and wait to pass judgement until i actually speak with or witness something about a persons character. but i really can't just pretend i am not who i am when it comes to how i receive people. thats an accumulation of a lot of experiences. not what someone told me to believe.
if you ignore certain cultural consistencies you would be ignorant or insensitive.
to notice the same things in regards to behavior is just normal imo. its observation. its intuition.
for the girls they just have less time to break it down. if a certain race/religion/hair color has a tendency to be more demanding, cheap, aggressive, have poor hygeine, drunk, mean or whatever then they probably have developed that prejudice. add the fact that they normally have a language barrier and its not that hard to imagine they might be "racist".
this being crt i'm sure someone will attempt to dissect and use my words against me but i think good people are always going to be perceived as just that by the other good people in society. i am not going to pay attention to or have my happiness dictated by what others think. besides what they think just might be true and they don't like it. how on earth could i change that?

Well I cant speak for the other races, mine either for that matter. I can speak on my experiences. I am a 40yr old Black man. More so Tan then Chocolate. lol... I have never had an issue with meeting or picking up ladys. While in Thailand I even had a girl jump from a bar and talke me screaming "chocolate man chocolate man" *blank stare* I do believe that money is the root of their desires. Yet, one desire doesnt cancel out the others. As we all know the girls in CR pick their marks like a shark following a school of fish. Its based on what they think they like. They profile like the Police. I had a very very pretty chocolate DR girl tell me that black guys dont like her. Well, 9 or so hrs later, I did!! I guess, through trial an error, she found that some black guys come for a certian type of girl *shoulder shrug* I very rarely get a "short time" girl. I am surprised at how many girls actually ask to stay. I just chalk that up to I treat them nice and have a good time out. As far as the reg population. I dont have a clue. I dont pay much attention to other people when i make my rounds. When i do I give a smile and firm handshake. That usually puts people at ease. Cant say that i have ever come across a time where i thought someone was treating strange because of my skin color. As far as the girls. I smile flirt and give anyone a few minutes of my time that approaches me. We know all eyes are always on you. They call Thailand "The Land of Smiles". I say hi and smile. Them not knowing im saying to myself "when i get you back im going to drop all this bbd in you and try to put 3fingers deep in your @ss" sorry i had a flash back! lol...Anyway....money, looks, attitude, hygiene, the way you walk and talk, and everything in between play a part. The initial question can be answered now pertaining to Asian persuasion vs Ticos ...I migrate outside the gulch and Asian are well respected,own much of the restaurants,part of the export/import goods industry for 50 years in Costa Rica and are Parrt of The Latin culture (see who owns restaurants,nail salons,and goods store in South,Central,and Caribbean regions).
Their familys -Asians generally speak 2 or more languages including fluent spanish.

Rico, you've completely misinterpreted my comments. This is a discussion that pertains to the original poster and how he might anticipate his treatment in the gulch based on his ethnicity. It's a good topic and worthy of mature, thoughtful and contemplative discussion. What I shared was relevant. There's no bitching or otherwise carping about my race, ancestry or ethnic heritage. I am simply sharing my experience. This is not a "man up" moment as you've clearly interpreted it as being.

Now if you want to trade racial mistreatment horror stories we CAN do that. But I'd find it far too unproductive, boring, and a waste of time. I'm here to learn, help, and share my perspective with my fellow mongers of any race, color, creed or ethnicity. I'm sure if you met me in person, I can guarantee you "puss" is not a term you would use to describe me. It has been civil up until this point. Please be more respectful.

I would ask my friend whats up with that ,he would reply "man ive changed the game up, ima get on this light skinned girl"(A Nicaraguan chick in the Delrey at the time,full lips,thick hair).Granted ,this is a guy from knowing his history,would never talk to woman lighter than the color of midnight.
