Since he is in the States and cannot act as the manager, this leaves me as the manager in charge at HLH for the time being. I will also say he was not fired, he left to handle his business on his own accord. He is still one of the owners.
With all that said, we do not have any more updates on Boyd's status at this time. Even if we knew the exact nature of his family business, we will not divulge such private information. We ask you to do the same and respect his privacy in his own family issues.
When we have more information to share to the board, we will do so. Or when Boyd feels like adding information he may do so as well.

Personally, I think he is getting the sex change operation he always wanted. He enjoys dressing up as a woman every Halloween a bit too much in my opinion.

Well, there you have it. If there is more to this, it will never be confirmed or denied by anyone involved whether they be associates of HLH or their partners. This could all have been better handled in my view because it's such a routine and simple matter to resolve from a human resources standpoint. But like everyone is so fond of saying these days, "it is what it is."
Lastly, I'll say this has been a fun activity; kinda like a monger's who dun it. I think even Tony Soprano would have had a good time
