Well being born as* backwards has caused me to look at life a little differently.
Love Black Cats. Safer under the ladder than behind it or sometimes just on it.
The number thirteen was age of my first real kiss (yes a girl). I never trow salt as it sucks
for the guy behind you getting it in the eye. Bad luck no such thing. You are either watching life
or living it. Yep bad things happen to good people and to mongers like us. But
it's about the living and learning not the blaming on a number or the color of a cat.

Found this explanation as good as any other for the superstition.

Just some thoughts.

Did you dare to play in the casino today? If you played Rummy and got three 7's.....you're doomed.

Spent the afternoon with a favorite chica and had a great time. No chance of falling in love or "going steady" like many guys on here do. I have pruned the rotation down to 4 right now and have been seeing them for between 1 year and 5 years.

VB you mention a rotational lineup of four, now would that be a seasonal rotation (one for summer, spring, fall, and winter) or we talking weekly change-ups?

Being a big dog lover I’m trying to adapt with having two rescue kittens now living in my house. Both were abandoned and left in my shed by two different mothers. One is a two tone Siamese and yes the other is totally all black alley cat.

My neighborhood is the San Jose of Cat World. There must be 50 or more Puss & Boots wondering aimlessly from house to house looking for that special connection. For the male cats at nighttime it’s a Del Rey fantasy gone into the wild… The cat calls are all for real.

I’m happy to report the two little kittens are doing very well thank-you; I had no issues on the 13th with any folding ladders or with my little new friend blackie…

Everyone has heard about how nice it is living in South Florida, you can now add Free P*ssy available if you live in the right hood.

Lucky Me... JB

You're a good man JB.

Taking in a couple of homeless cats is a worthy deed. I keep Deli-Cat feed in my personal car and work car.....always feeding felines on the street that appear hungry. Also carry dog biscuits.....unfortunately, doesn't work on pit bulls since they eat your hand along with the biscuit.

Shitass, my cat (half Maine Coon), adopted me by roaming around my house for several months. She is indeed my special friend. She is a strange cat. I continuously have to wipe off paw prints on my computer table. The bitch is into cat porn....another disgusting episode in the Circus family. I should have never let her obtain an username and password.

For all of you out there....donate to your animal shelters and if possible...adopt a pet. A noble deed and one that you will feel blessed.

Circus

Put JB and Circus into a thread and it certainly gets bizzare. Since my Friday the 13th was uneventfull I have nothing else to contribute except to JB, the rotation is pretty much a weekly event with no bias.

Damn VB....you are rotating four chicas. Do you have a favorita among them? I'm sure you still pick up a newbie now and then. Knowing you, you're always on the prowl. You never did say if you played black Jack on the 13th.

Shit, the only thing I rotate four of are socks. A clean pair for each week of the month....don't ask me about my boxers.

2 different takes on "13", one specifically on Friday the 13th (see Erxomai's post in the 2nd link):
