I went from 224 to 218. But I had already started to shed some pounds about a month before the BK Challenge began. At that time I was 232, so I've lost 14 pounds in a few months and I feel much more energized. The Challenge was a good additional motivator. :D

Started at 238 now at 218. Actually did not diet except for the first month. I have been working hard in this hot weather and losing weight. I am traveling to Colombia in September. Congratulations to whomever wins. I hope to see you guys at Halloween in Costa Rica.

Despite vast quantities of beer, I always lose weight when I am in CR. I always eat pretty healthily, and burn off calories through walking and other forms of exercise. :D Down to 190 now, but it's how your clothes fit is the best judge.

Boyd won, because he started at 280 and then just disappeared.
Sorry, just my extremely sick sense of humour.

Wish I had read this thread in April! By coincidence, I also hit my top weight around then and have been having issues with a bad ankle and I decided to exercise some will power and lose some weight to take the stress off my body. I weighed 270 April 15th and as of yesterday I am currently 242 and steadily heading down to my goal of 220. I feel so great I wanna hop on a plane and come down to CR and Phuck everything in sight!

For anyone who's interested in losing weight, I am using the Weight Watchers point system. I know, sounds kinda weird... guys on a monger forum talking about loosing weight, but you gotta do what you gotta do to stay healthy and I found the WW online program easy to follow. I just needed the structure and information to help me and it's gotten to where I can look at something and know how many points it is just by the label. And you can plan for the occasional splurging as well, so you don;t have to deny yourself the dinner out with your novia or your amigos. Plus, there's several decent low carb beers they make these days as well :D
